Randy is the co-founder of ABXR Engine, having worked with dozens of startups as an advisor and board member. He focuses on AI, XR, Fintech and Edtech. Prior to advising startup entrepreneurs, Randy spent 25 years driving growth and strategy at MasterCard Worldwide. He personally has over 50 patents filed, and has developed products and services that have received awards and won a major global innovation prize.Randy began his career with Silicon Valley based companies in Sales and Marketing roles, pioneering eB2B (EDI), early cloud services and email. Randy was a principal at The Canaan Group, a management consultancy spin-off from Booz Allen. Randy graduated cum laude from U.C. Berkeley and received his MBA from Columbia University where he continues to support the university as a Startup Lab mentor and start-up competition judge.

Jason is a serial entrepreneur, having founded several design companies over the past 20 years. His core focus is on Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, a role he played in expanding Founderscard to serve the global startup community in its early days. He has advised the formation and growth of ABXR Engine for over three years. He holds a B.A. from Duke and an MBA in entrepreneurship from Georgetown University.

Sinh Ho is a Co-Founder & the XR Engineering Lead of ABXR Engine who maintains the infrastructural design & development of the mobile & webgl platforms. A technical leader and project manager responsible for communications between teams during the integration process of development to end product. He is also a game developer, specializing in the implementation process of interactive platforms and gameplay mechanics. He created & published a VR arcade platform for ZionVR, allowing consumers to enjoy multiple virtual reality experiences at their own pace. He has also collaborated with members of CHEER DigiArt and brought characters to life with a mix of effects, animations and artificial intelligence during his time at Wonders.ai to publish “Wonder X” an XR application on a spatial computing platform known as the Magic Leap One. He is eager to create new innovations as technology develops to ensure ABXR stays at the forefront of 3d content creation for all platforms.

I graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology with my Masters in Computer Sciences in 2017. As soon as I graduated, I was hired by Florida Tech as a Full-Time Research Associate II to work on several funded grants and projects. Recently, while working at Florida Tech, I have designed and instituted two projects: Florida Tech Digital Twin and Palm Bay Digital Twin. Florida Tech Digital Twin is a fully modular ultra-high-fidelity simulation for managing and monitoring campus-wide activities made in Unity3D with realistic cars and traffic patterns, pedestrian behaviors, and emergency scenarios. Palm Bay Digital Twin is a procedural and modular simulation for city officials to manage and monitor city activities showing them useful information like charts, graphs, residential zones, radial search queries, etc. We made sure that both of these simulations were futuristic by making them fully speech-based and integrating it with Google DialogFlow so that it can be triggered from any phone or smart speaker.As a kid, I played a lot of video-games and always wondered how they worked. I was fascinated how one could replicate real world into virtual world. As I graduated from my undergrad, I wanted to learn how to make games and learned Unity game engine and C# online. At that time, I released my first game on Google Play Store, Horror Maze. While doing my Masters, I worked as a Research Assistant on various visualizations in Unity and developed interest in Mixed Reality. Therefore, I devised a system that can tie virtual world to the real world using Mixed Reality; which later transformed into my thesis. Simulations and game designs along with devising behaviors of several virtual entities to replicate real world have always been of my interest and hence I am really passionate about it.As I moved from academia to industry, I started working at Amir Baradaran Studio LLC (iBEGOO Corp).

Renate is the Founder and CEO of Amorai, the relationship mentoring platform powered by AI. She is the former CEO of Tinder. She was previously the founder of app prototyping studio Pleo, the GM Europe of Headspace, and an Apple exec focused on Subscriptions.

Tom is the President of MedLiquidity Corporation, a fintech company that specializes in the real-time securitization of healthcare receivables through its cutting-edge software platform. He is also a seasoned venture investor, financial advisor, legal expert, and entrepreneur, with expertise in venture investing, private equity, and fostering entrepreneurship. Dann has played key roles as Managing Director of Castlehaven Advisors, LLC, and formerly at the Maryland Venture Fund, a $120M program that has catalyzed start-ups and early-stage ventures across diverse industries.Tom serves on the board of innovative companies such as Quidient, a 3-D imaging firm, and Hememics Biotechnologies, a pioneer in next-generation point-of-care diagnostics. David K. Park, Ph.D., an influential scholar, strategist, and technology entrepreneur, serves as Vice Provost of Strategic Initiatives at Northeastern University. Charles has been at the forefront of innovative architectural design in New York City since 1989. Renfro's journey began with his graduation from Rice University, followed by a Master's degree from Columbia University's GSAPP. He embarked on his career as an associate at Smith-Miller + Hawkinson Architects and Ralph Appelbaum Associates before co-founding the Department of Design in Brooklyn. In 1997, his path took an inspiring turn when he joined Diller + Scofidio, ascending to partner at Diller Scofidio + Renfro (DS+R) in 2004.DS+R, an interdisciplinary studio, integrates architecture, visual arts, and performing arts. Under Renfro's leadership, the studio delves into contemporary cultural phenomena, exploring the spatial conventions of daily life, media's influence on architecture, evolving definitions of domesticity, and the public role of institutions. His collaboration with Diller+Scofidio has resulted in celebrated projects such as Brasserie, Eyebeam, the BAM Cultural District master plan (with Rem Koolhaas/OMA), Blur, the Boston Institute of Contemporary Art, and the redesign of the Juilliard School and Tully Hall at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. These endeavors culminated in DS+R being honored with the National Design Award in Architecture from the Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum in 2006.Renfro's works with DS+R have been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art, New York, the Whitney Museum, the Netherlands Architecture Institute, the Canadian Centre for Architecture, and the Centre Pompidou. His expertise is in building teams, leading organizations, managing relationships, and developing marketing strategies. He is driven by creativity and collaboration and is focused on ROI. In his role as Executive Vice President, International Marketing and Brand Strategy at ViacomCBS, Mark led the Nickelodeon consumer marketing, as well as distribution, mobile, and partner marketing across iconic brands Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, etc. He has helped launch award shows, drove campaigns around some of the biggest properties of the last 20 years (including SpongeBob, South Park, etc.) and was part of the launch team focused on expanding Viacom into the streaming world. He has spearheaded multiple international campaigns, collaborating with local partners, that have driven revenues and established iconic brands around the world.Passionate about empowerment and social change, Mark created an international kids-focused campaign with Nickelodeon, partnering with NGOs to make a positive impact. He serves on the advisory boards of Outfit Talent, Outfit Live, Endless Entertainment, Project Art, and AMO Studios. He has a Masters of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and attended the Cable Management Leadership course at Harvard University.
